Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on location and customs processing. Wild Serenity Crystals is not responsible for customs fees or local tariffs on any merchandise shipped internationally.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Packaging All crystals are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We take special care with fragile specimens.
